Leadership ISD Unveils New Branding and Website

Today, we are proud and excited to launch our new Leadership ISD branding and website. As we continue to grow and evolve as an organization, we want our visual identity to clearly reflect who we are as an organization. Our new logo and branding are designed to reflect our passion, commitment, and drive to ensure our education system rises to meet the needs of ALL students. 

We are bold.

We are bold in our approach to complex issues facing public education. Through leadership training, coalition building, and trustee engagement, we build and support ecosystems of trust and accountability that lead to improved outcomes for all students.

We are diverse.

We are as diverse as the students we serve. Our network is representative of different industries, backgrounds, political parties, and neighborhoods but united by the shared belief that every student deserves a free, excellent, and equitable public education.

We are focused.

We focus on racial equity and put students first. Our movement is cultivating bold education advocates and school leaders who are laser-focused on creating a more equitable education system that effectively serves all children.

We are together.

We are transforming education together. For more than ten years, Leadership ISD has empowered communities and school leaders across North Texas to drive our school systems toward greater educational equity.

Logo: The Leadership ISD logo icon is comprised of multiple equal signs that represent equity and community, with their placement signifying the intersecting lines of difference that affect students in our public education system.

Colors: The brand colors in the icon represent growth, love, compassion, strength, hope, and perseverance and are grounded by the organization name presented in black.

Tagline: We believe that transformative change takes collective action. Leadership ISD collaborates with community members, school leaders, and partners throughout North Texas as we strive to create a brighter future for students. Together, we are transforming education.
