Where We Work

Leadership ISD works across North Texas to promote educational equity and ensure that every child of every race, socioeconomic status, language, and ability is fully prepared to reach their boldest dreams after high school graduation. We have trained over 2,500 community leaders and hundreds of school board trustees throughout the state of Texas and currently serve over 850,000 students in Dallas and Tarrant Counties. Our network of 7,500 education advocates, along with our collaborative partners, tirelessly fights for policy and practice changes that benefit ALL students.

From the classroom to the boardroom to the kitchen table, it takes community members coming together to influence positive change in our public schools. So, we work with individuals who hold diverse positions in society and represent unique and important perspectives in order to have the greatest possible impact on public education. Change is possible because of people like you – together, we are transforming education!
