Mark Mullaney is the Senior Director of Community Impact for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. Mark oversees United Way’s work across the impact areas of education, financial stability, and health, with a focus on strategic initiatives and projects and multi-year grant funding. He has been with the United Way since 2009.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mark has spent his career focused on leading fund allocation processes and educational service programs for a variety of organizations. Prior to relocating to Dallas Mark held the positions of AmeriCorps Program Officer for the State of Michigan’s Community Service Commission, Admissions Counselor at Case Western Reserve University, Program Director for the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education and Project Manager at City Year Cleveland.
Mark holds a BS in Elementary Education from Baldwin-Wallace University and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from The Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Mark lives in Oak Cliff with his husband Jonathan, their son Noah, and two dogs.
