Damon Hoyle is the Chief Systems Officer at ProUntias Inc., an innovative start-up tech company empowering educational institutions. In this role he oversees new district roll-outs and successful implementation; talent acquisition/development; and manages the HISD Director of District Success . Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Systems Coordination and most recently Managing Director of Systems Coordination. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2007 with a B.A., Damon began his work within the education sector as a Teach For America Corps member at Pleasantville Elementary in east Houston. After completing his TFA corps years Damon decided to remain in the classroom and relocated to KIPP Polaris College Preparatory Academy for Boys. Prior to leaving KIPP Polaris Damon became a dean and acquired his M.A. in School Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University. After leaving KIPP Polaris Damon became a Dean of Instruction for three years at KIPP Dream Prep and assumed the role of Dean of Operations in his final year on the campus. Damon is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.; he was 2013 cohort member of the KIPP Summer Leadership Academy at the University of Chicago; he completed the 2011 KIPP Houston Emerging Leaders Program; and is a graduate of the Houston Black Leadership Institute, and is a recent inductee in cohort 2 of Harris County’s Leadership ISD. Damon is involved in several auxiliary ministries at the Reflections of Christ Kingdom World Outreach International (ROCK WOI).
