Carlos Walker has been an educator for 14 years in Fort Worth ISD. He started his career as a long-term substitute teacher before securing a permanent position. Carlos taught high school math for 4 years before moving into administration. Additionally, Carlos spent 8 years a campus-level administrator, 4 years as an assistant principal and 4 years as a principal. He recently finished his first year as a director of the Historic Stop Six Initiative and is looking forward to future endeavors. His ultimate goal is to become a superintendent.
