Arnulfo Garza has worked as a community organizer in schools and universities across the state of Texas and abroad, organizing students on different social and racial issues. He is graduate if UT- Rio Grande Valley with a B.A. degree in Mass Communications, and Master degree in Religion and Ethics from Baylor University. Arnulfo is originally from Edinburg, Texas but he spent the last ten years working with students in several of Texas’major cites giving him a better understanding of the disparity across the state. Since moving to Dallas, he has participated in several coalitions across DFW to increase school funding for public education and is part of several initiatives which promote racial and economic equity throughout the state.
