Arlene J. Ford is the founder of the Equity Inquiry Project Inc. where she works with educational institutions, nonprofits, and their leaders to build capacity around equity and inclusion. She brings critical theoretical lenses to her work in an effort to develop acuity and cultural competency around systemic issues. She received a doctorate degree in urban schooling from UCLA, master’s degree in sociology and education from Teacher’s College Columbia University, a law degree from Harvard Law School, and a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University. Arlene is new to the Dallas area. She enjoys traveling with her three children and husband.
