Monica Zdrojewski currently serves as the Assistant Director for Urban Teachers, Dallas-Fort Worth. Prior to joining Urban Teachers, Monica was a Teach for America-DFW corps member, working as a 4th grade teacher and serving as the district writing content lead. During her time in the classroom, Monica became keenly aware of all the external social and political factors that impact teachers and their students. Her belief that education reform requires a broad, systemic approach led her to pursue her Master’s degree in Education Policy and Management at Harvard University. Monica received her BA in Government and Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard.
