Chief Strategy and Program Officer – Texas
The Chief Strategy and Program Officer (CSPO) will serve as a critical member of the executive management team. In collaboration with the CEO, the CSPO will help develop, articulate and implement the strategic vision and leadership of the organization; support regional growth and development; evaluate the effectiveness of programs to provide ongoing feedback; raise the organization’s profile through external communications; provide mentoring, guidance, supervision, and professional development to all Regional Directors; and enhance the structure of the organization by staying abreast of developments in the political and educational landscape of our communities. This position will have a transformative role in shaping how our community views and supports our public schools across Texas.
Communications and Mobilization Manager – Texas
Development Manager – Texas
The Development Manager will serve as a critical member of the executive management team. This position will work to grow the organization’s development efforts and initiatives across Texas. The Development Manager is responsible for supporting the CEO and Regional Directors on Leadership ISD’s fundraising including individual and alumni donors, major gift campaigns, TEA grants, foundation grants, and special events. This position will manage Sales Force development contacts, track deadlines, research and identify new opportunities, put together grant requests, nurture funding relationships and find creative ways to engage new funders as well as retain our existing funding base. This role works closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors in all development and fundraising endeavors.
Operations Manager – Texas The Operations Manager (CMM) will serve as a critical member of the executive management team. Leadership ISD is seeking a highly-motivated and self-managing individual who desires to impact educational equity and understands the importance of a strong operational infrastructure in this work. The Operations Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the organization’s administrative standards. He or she will work to identify and implement administrative and operational process improvements to meet business objectives. This position will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship to the CEO, work as the operational interface both internally and externally, and help support organizational growth.
