We know that our Fellows are busy professionals and civic leaders who have many responsibilities. We pledge to use our time together with utmost efficiency and maximum meaning so we can achieve remarkable results in limited time. Your presence in the Fellowship is not just about what you will get out of the program, it is about what you will give. As a Fellow you will be 1/40 of the cohort, and a session will be incomplete without you there.

Participate on an Action Team.
The cohort will be broken up into small action teams focused on helping to propose, pass, or evaluate a policy to close disparities and improve student outcomes. The time commitment will vary depending on the scope and timeline of the project, but will be around 3-5 hours per month.
Leadership ISD is a tuition based program with the fee structure listed below. Historically, employers pay the tuition fee for Fellows as part of their professional development, however scholarships are available for individuals in need of financial assistance. Leadership ISD works hard to make sure that tuition cost is not a barrier to participation. Scholarship applications do not factor into Fellow selection and are sent out after we have selected our cohort.
- Tuition is $1,500
- Reduced tuition of $1,000 available for individuals employed by non-profit organizations
