Since 2011, Leadership ISD has proudly supported a generation of leaders who continue to make a profound impact helping shape the future of our region. In getting to work alongside more than 1,000 alumni, we remain deeply committed to the necessity and importance of preparing and supporting current and future student outcomes focused leaders. Meanwhile, the education landscape has notably evolved over the past 14 years, and we too must adapt to continue to meet the needs of our communities.  

With that in mind, we are excited today to announce a new chapter of Leadership ISD. In order to best support the communities we serve, we will continue the core work of Leadership ISD in Dallas County under the name Commit to Leaders and in Tarrant County as the Tarrant County Education Coalition. And while the name is changing as of March 1, the heart of our work—developing and supporting civic leaders dedicated to improving student outcomes—remains the same.
